Medal of DAAAM International Vienna
About Medal of DAAAM International:
On the occasion of 10th DAAAM International Symposium, DAAAM International introduced the Medal of DAAAM International “for excellence in the science, technology, and international scientific co-operation in the framework of DAAAM International Vienna” as a highest recognition for individual persons and institutions.
The medal is giving, in the rule, to one person and/or one institution a year.
The medal is designed by B. Katalinic, produced by Moscow State Mint Institute and sponsored by Moscow State University of Technology "Stankin" and Cassandra Trust – Ireland.

Since first symposium 3824 authors and coauthors published their scientific papers in the Annals & Proceedings of DAAAM International Symposium. Since 2007 the all papers from European DAAAM International Young Researcher and Scientists Conference are also publishing in the Annals & Proceedings.

Since 1999 the DAAAM International Vienna recognize excellence of contributions of younger researchers and
scientists in a number of ways. There are following categories:
1. Best Paper Award of DAAAM International for actual year
2. DAAAM International Award for Best Poster Presentation of Paper
3. DAAAM International Award for Best Oral Presentation of Paper
4. DAAAM International Award for Best Visual Presentation of Paper
5. Special Award
The Awards are made at the Closing Section of the Symposium/Conference. The final decision is made by President of the Award Committee of DAAAM International for actual year. Former Presidents of the Award Committee are listed in the table below.
The final list of the members of the Award Committee will be announced at Opening Ceremony of the Symposium. All awarded authors and coauthors of paper are getting attractive DAAAM International Best Paper Award Certificate.
The Best Paper getting additional Special Medal of DAAAM International. The Award Certificates are personal, very nice professional designed, framed and ready to hang in your room!
