Chairpersons are very important for the success and quality of an conference. For chairperson that is honor, responsibility and work. Based on the experience in the past we want to establish the Pool of Chairpersons of DAAAM International. They are listed in three categories: Senior Chair - persons who can solve almost all tasks (chair of section, evaluation of papers for the awards, coordinate the activities of committees, ...); Chair - persons who is basically oriented on the scheduling of one section, and Junior Chair.  DAAAM International wants to support development of young researchers and scientists, for that reason since 2007, we are organising all our sections with three chairpersons, one of them is a young researcher or scientist. Our experience with this experiment is excellent: The junior scientists are very happy to be chair, and learn for the life, and we are happy to be able to support development of next generation of researchers and scientists.
