1st Step: Membership 2010

·      As daaam author you must be Member of daaam International for 2010. Please inform yourself about Membership 

·      Authors making application for DAAAM Membership for 2010 over: Application for DAAAM Membership 2010

·      If Membership is accepted go next step

There are four possibilities to publish the paper in:

a) Proceedings of the 21st DAAAM International Symposium ("Symp" paper type) this paper is limited on two pages and must be presented at the symposium in Zadar;

b) Proceedings of 4th European DAAAM International Young Researchers´ and Scientists´ Conference ("Young" paper type) this paper is limited on two pages and must be presented at the conference in Zadar;

c) Publishing of the paper in the Annals of DAAAM for 2010 without presentation (“Annals” paper type ) this paper is limited on two pages without any presentation, and

d) As chapter in the DAAAM Scientific Book 2010 (“Book” paper type) this paper is limited on no more than 18 pages

The a), b) and c) papers will be published in Annals & Proceedings of DAAAM and that is ISI Proceedings /  Web of Knowledge

     2nd Step: Announcement of Paper

·      Make announcemet of each paper you want to publish over: Announcement of Paper The name of the paper file = "my dpn"_"paper type"_"number of my paper of that type"_"announcement"

     3rd Step: Submission of Paper

·      Preparing of Paper according to the Instructions for Authors

·      Template and Instructions for Authors for "Symp", "Young", and "Annals" paper type are: 21st_DAAAM_Template_&_Instructions

·      Template and Instructions for Authors for "Book" paper type are: Sc_Book_2010_Template_&_Instructions

·      Organizing and taking care that all co-authors of paper are become member of daaam for 2010

·      Making upload of personal photo of all authors on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2010/ Personal photo must be “jpg” format, the size of photo not less than 100KB. File name of personal photo = “dpn of person shown on the photo”. Example my dpn is 54321 the File name of my photo will be “54321.jpg”.

·      Uploading paper on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2010/

·      Corresponding author informs daaam that he prepared everything and make Submission of Paper for review over: Submission of Paper The name of the paper file = "my dpn"_"paper type"_"number of my paper of that type"_"submission"

     4th Step: Review of Paper

·      Review of paper is started, author is waiting on the results of review

·      DAAAM Informs author about the acceptance of paper and the results of review. The results of review, formated paper and letter of acceptance will be in one word document. The name of the file will be = "my dpn"_"paper type"_"number of my paper of that type"_"review".

·      Download this file from conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2010/

·      If paper is accepted go next step.

     5th Step: Final Paper Submission

·      Corresponding author makes changes and improvements asked by Review Committee

·      Final paper will be uploaded on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2010/ The paper file name of final version of the paper = "my dpn"_"paper type"_"number of my paper of that type"_"final"

·      The publishing/conference fee will be paid according to the instructions Fee

·      Clarification of payment will be made over: Clarification of Payment

·      The daaam confirmation of fee payment can be asked if needed

·      Organizing and taking care that all co-authors of final paper are become member of daaam for 2010

·      Making upload of personal photo of all authors of final paper on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2010/ Personal photo must be “jpg” format, the size of photo not less than 100KB. File name of personal photo = “dpn of person shown on the photo”. Example my dpn is 54321 the File name of my photo will be “54321.jpg”.
