1st Step: Membership 2011

·      As daaam author you must be Member of daaam International for 2011. Please inform yourself about Membership 

·      Make application for DAAAM Membership for 2011 over: Membership_2011

·      If your Membership is accepted - you will be informed over e-mail - you can make next step

There are five types of papers:

     2nd Step: Announcement of Paper

·      Make announcemet of each paper you want to publish over: Corresponding Author Infoms

     3rd Step: Submission of Paper

·      Topics for daaam papers

·      For preparing of papers is use of new templates 2011 obligatory. Make paper strictly according to the Instructions for Authors

·      Download template and Instructions for Authors for your paper type here: Template_a_2011; Template_b_2011; Template_c_2011; Template_d_2011 and Template_e_2011

·      File name of Paper is created in the following way “dpn of corresponding author”_”paper type”_”number of paper of this type”_”familyname”. Example my dpn is 54321 I want to publish my second "c" my family name is "Katalinic" The name of this paper will be: "54321_c_2_Katalinic

·      Organizing and taking care that all co-authors of paper are become member of daaam for 2011

·      Making upload of personal photo of all authors on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2011/ Personal photo must be “jpg” format, the size of photo more than 100KB. File name of personal photo = “dpn of person shown on the photo”_"Family name of person"_"First name of person". Example my dpn is 12345, my family name "Katalinic" and my first name is "Branko" the File name of my photo will be “12345_Katalinic_Branko.jpg”.

·      Prepare your paper according to the instructions and templates. Some examples of already published papers for your orientation you can find here: Example_a_Paper, Example_b_Paper, Example_c_Paper, Example_d_Paper, Example_e_Paper.

·      Citing from DAAAM Annals & Proceedings, Scientific Book and IJSIMM are welcome. Use direct this references from DAAAM 2010, DAAAM 2009 and DAAAM 2008. Better to cite too often than not often enough.

·      Uploading paper on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2011/

·      Make Submission of Paper for review - inform daaam that your paper is ready for review over:  Corresponding Author Infoms

     4th Step: Review of Paper

·      Review of paper is started, author is waiting on the results of review

·      DAAAM Informs author about the acceptance of paper and the results of review. The results of review, formated paper and letter of acceptance will be in one word document. The name of the file will be "your paper name "extended with "_review".

·      This word document you will get by e-mail.

·      If paper is accepted go next step.

     5th Step: Correction of Paper - Fee

·      Corresponding author takes recived word document and makes all changes and improvements asked by Review Committee. Dont use any other version of your paper,  dont remove the results of review from document, otherwise your paper will be rejected!

·      Corrected and improved version of paper will be uploaded on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2011/ The paper file name of this version of the paper will be extended with "_corrected"

·      Make upload of Corrected Paper and inform daaam over:  Corresponding Author Infoms

·      The paper fee must be paid according to the instructions Fee

·      After payment send details about your payment over Clarification of Payment

·      Inform over  Corresponding Author Infoms that the Paper fee for your paper is paid

·      Organize and take care that all authors of your corrected paper are member of daaam for 2011. No member will be removed from paper!

·      Making upload of personal photo of all authors of final paper on conftool http://www.conftool.com/daaam2011/ Personal photo must be “jpg” format, the size of photo more than 100KB. File name of personal photo = “dpn of person shown on the photo”_"Family name of person". Example my dpn is 12345  and family name "Katalinic" the File name of my photo will be “12345_Katalinic.jpg” Photo is obligatory for membership.

·      Nota bene: Papers which are not completely corrected and improved such as Review Committee asked will be not published/presented. Paper for which is fee not paid in good time will be not published/presented. Names of authors who are not members of daaam for 2011 will be removed from paper and all other daaam documents for 2011 year.
